We dream of a small, calm wedding in the Himalaya mountains, in one of the most sacred places in all of India. This page is our way to show you that place: how beautiful it is, why it is so special, and how we will travel there together, in comfort and care.

The story of this place

A wedding older than time

Long, long ago, the great God Shiva married the Goddess Parvati. People believe their wedding happened right here, at Triyuginarayan. A holy fire was lit for that divine wedding.

That same fire still burns today. It has never gone out. People call it the Akhand Dhuni, “the fire that never dies.”

When you marry here, you take your vows beside the very fire that saw the Gods marry.

Around the temple are four holy water pools, Rudra, Vishnu, Brahma and Saraswati Kund. Couples bathe in them to become pure before the wedding. The name Triyuginarayan means the temple has stood through three great ages of time. Many families believe a marriage blessed here is blessed forever.

How your wedding will look

Soft, simple, and full of nature

Not heavy. Not loud. The mountains are the decoration. Gentle flowers, warm light, calm colours, and the great Himalayas behind you. These are real weddings by the teams whose style we love.

A real wedding, at this very temple.

The place around it

A place you will never forget

Triyuginarayan sits high in the green Garhwal Himalayas. Snow peaks stand all around. Mornings are misty, the air is clean, and the nights are full of stars. Nearby is Deoria Tal, a quiet lake that holds the giant snow mountains in its mirror. This is a place of peace, and a place of memories.
